RATE RIDER LEADS FOR DECEMBER 2008
Each month, eSolutions assembles the most recent adjustable rate rider leads and delivers the source data to the customer service departments of many LandAmerica brands. Contact your Customer Service department today for more information regarding new rate rider leads for December 2008. NOTE: We now have an online search function available to all employees so please contact your manager today to confirm your access to this great new feature, too.
COUNTIES AND DATA ADDED TO FORECLOSURES
First and second loan information, geocodes, and surname data fields have been added to the foreclosures feature. More California counties (Butte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Monterey, Plumas, Shasta and Sutter) have been added, too.
SELF REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
As of Friday, July 25th, all LandAmerica customers will now need to contact their sales representative directly before obtaining login access to the eSolutions website features. If you have any questions about this change in the registration process, please contact the LandAmerica eSolutions Support Center for further assistance.
